Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App, especially due to USDC payments and financial-related features.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and have the full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. User Accounts and Wallet Connection

The App requires connection to a Farcaster account and a compatible cryptocurrency wallet that supports Base or other supported blockchain networks.

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrase. We are not responsible for any loss of funds, unauthorized access, or wallet-related issues. We will never ask for your seed phrase, private keys, or similar sensitive information.

Each individual may only use one account. Multiple accounts, account sharing, or using the App on behalf of others is strictly prohibited.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, autoclickers, bots, scripts, macros, hacks, or any automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the App.
• Manipulate the leaderboard through artificial methods, including multi-accounting or collusion.
• Reverse engineer, modify, disrupt, or interfere with the App or its systems.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Use the App for illegal activities or to distribute malware or harmful software.

Any violation of these Terms, including cheating or autoclicker usage, may result in immediate and permanent suspension without prior notice.

4. Payments and USDC

Certain features of the App may require payment in USDC or other supported cryptocurrencies.

All blockchain transactions are final and non-refundable.

You acknowledge that cryptocurrency transactions involve risks, including price volatility, gas fees, network delays, wallet errors, and blockchain-related failures. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from such risks.

You are solely responsible for any taxes related to your transactions or rewards.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, payment methods, or App features at any time.

5. Leaderboard

The App includes a public leaderboard that ranks users based on performance, including clicks, scores, and other metrics.

Leaderboard rankings are determined solely by our systems and rules.

Any attempt to manipulate leaderboard rankings through cheating, multiple accounts, collusion, or unfair methods is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the leaderboard and permanent suspension.

We reserve the right to reset, modify, or remove the leaderboard at any time without prior notice.

6. Virtual Assets and Rewards

Any points, scores, in-app items, or rewards earned through the App have no real-world monetary value unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Such assets may not be withdrawn, exchanged outside the App, or converted into USDC except in officially announced reward distributions or prize pools.

We reserve the right to modify, add, remove, or adjust any virtual assets or rewards at any time without liability.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and all related content, excluding your personal content, are owned by us or our licensors.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App for personal entertainment purposes only.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without prior notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will immediately end. Any USDC or cryptocurrency previously spent will not be refunded.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, security, accuracy, or error-free operation of the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App,
• Your violation of these Terms,
• Your blockchain transactions,
• Or your misuse of the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time.

Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
